Lovely. Did Apple go over to his house and kick his dog or something?

I love the notion that, somehow, Apple's failure to adopt his brilliant plan of a Video iPod is a failure on their part, and a victory for Microsoft. I know the ability to watch videos on a 2 inch screen is *exactly* what I need for my biking trips. This whole paying attention to the trail thing is preventing me from getting the broken limbs and scraped knees I am so desirous of.

Video iPod, indeed. That would be about as useful as those portable pocket-sized televisions, which is to say, not at all.

So his argument is that since Apple has not followed Microsoft it is not ready to innovate?

Just exactly which planet does this guy live on?

Microsoft imitates Apple not the other way around.
