It's me

I'm around, just busy right at the moment. It's also November, which is most likely the ugliest month in Vermont. Oh yeah, the blast of Arctic air we had last week didn't help people's moods either. At least I don't live in the mountains, where they had to deal with up to a foot of freshly fallen snow!

In other news, I was told that I was "the best teacher ever" by a returning student of mine today before class. Not only did my student say this to me, but she said this loud enough that other students got a little jazzed up about having me as their instructor. ;-)

Also, I am apparently a hair trendsetter. Nothing like having other women who have a cut and color close to what you used to sport asking about your new cut and color. (I had my highlights toned down to a medium brownish color a few weeks ago and I'm growing out my hair.) Who knew?
